Investors in People
The National Archives (formerly the Public Record Office) first gained Investors in People accreditation in 1998. The scheme aims to ensure that companies, however big or small, get the most out of their people. This is achieved through best practice training and development methods and effectively managing employees.
We have aligned Investors in People with our business plan. This allows us, through the development and management of our staff, to meet our future business objectives as they arise.
